Phi Brain Kami no Puzzle เป็นเรื่องราวการไขปริศนาพัซเซิล โดยมี ไดม่อน ไคโตะ เด็กหนุ่มนักเรียนม.ปลาย ผู้ชื่นชอบการเล่นเกมส์ไขปริศนาพัซเซิลเป็นชีวิตจิตใ จ เรื่องราวของภาค 2 ต่อจากภาคแรก อยู่ๆก็มีกลุ่มคนที่อ้างตัวว่าเป็นเด็กแห่งไฟเบรนและ สวมใส่กำไลแห่งออร์เพอุส มาท้าพวกของไคโตะให้เล่นพัซเซิล แต่กำไลแห่งออร์เพอุสที่พวกนั้นใส่กลับเป็นของจำลอง และหนึ่งในคนกลุ่มนั้น"ฟรีเซล"เหมือนว่าเขาจะรู้จักก ับไคโตะมาก่อนและหลงใหลในตัวของไคโตะเป็นอย่างมาก แต่ไคโตะกลับจำเขาไม่ได้ จึงเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการสู้ด้วยปริศนาพัซเซิลและการ ค้นหาตัวตนของฟรีเซล เพื่อที่จะรู้ให้ได้ว่าใครเป็นคนสร้างริงจำลองและมีเ ป้าหมายอะไร
