In a ruthless battle for power, several yakuza clans vie for the favor of their head family in the Japanese underworld. The rival bosses seek to rise through the ranks by scheming and making allegiances sworn over sak้. Outrage เป็นการกลับมาทำหนังยากูซ่าเต็มรูปแบบอีกครั้งของคิต าโน่ในรอบสิบปีนับจาก Brother(2000) หลังจากช่วงแรกของเขาสร้างชื่อจากหนังกลุ่มนี้อย่าง Violent Cop,Boiling Point, Sonatine ซึ่งรุนแรง มีจังหวะที่คาดเดาไม่ได้ และตลกร้ายหน้าตาย ก่อนจะเปลี่ยนแนวไปบ้างแต่ก็มีเนื้อหาดังกล่าวมาข้อง แวะ

ภาคแรกตัวหนังว่าด้วยการแก่งแย่งกันเป็นใหญ่ในโลกของ แก็งค์ยากูซ่า ผ่านมุมมองของ โอโตโมะ(คิตาโน่)ลูกสมุนยากูซ่ารุ่นเก๋า โดยภาคสองจะเป็นการร่วมสร้างและจัดจำหน่ายของ Office Kitano และ Warner Brothers ซึ่งอยู่ในขั้นต้นของการสร้างเท่านั้น แต่มีเป้าหมายจะดึงนักแสดงชั้นนำของญี่ปุ่นมาร่วมแสด งหลายคน
