โปรเจคที่ทดลองเกี่ยวกับการสร้างสุดยอดทหารด้วย super soldier serum
ทำให้โรเจอร์กลายเป็นสุดยอดทหาร ที่มีใจรักชาติเต็มเปี่ยม และถูกส่งไปร่วมรบที่สมรภูมิที่ยุโรป ต่อต้านกองทัพของฮิตเลอร์
