เปิดฉากด้วยการถ่ายให้เห็นผู้หญิงคนหนึ่ง ซึ่งกำลังนั่งอยู่ในรถลีมูซีนสีดำ แต่ก่อนที่รถจะถึงจุดหมายปลายทาง
เธอกลับถูกชายสองคนที่นั่งอยู่เบาะหน้า บังคับให้ลงจากรถ ในขณะที่เธอกำลังจะลงจากรถนั้นเอง ก็มีรถที่วิ่งมา
ด้วยความเร็วพุ่งเข้าชนกับรถลีมูซีนสีดำคันนั้น อุบัติเหตุครั้งนี้ทำให้คนที่อยู่ในรถทั้งสองคนเสียช ีวิตหมด ยกเว้น

ในตอนแรกที่เธอเจอกับผู้หญิงแปลกหน้าในบ้าน ด้วยความเข้าใจผิด เบ็ตตี้ คิดว่าเขาเป็นเพื่อนกับญาติของเธอ
