เรื่องย่อ - Escape Plan เป็นเรื่องราวของ เรย์ เบรสลิน (ซิลเวสเตอร์ สตอลโลน) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย ผู้ออกแบบเรือนจำทุกแห่งบนโลก และยังมีทักษะในการเอาตัวรอดสูง แต่แล้วเขากลับถูกใส่ร้ายและถูกคุมขังเอาไยญ ว้ใน "เดอะ ทูม" เรือนจำชั้นยอดที่ถูกสร้างจากจุดบกพร่องที่เขาเขียนไ ว้เอง โดยในนี้เขาก็ได้พบกับ ร็อดเมเยอร์ (อาร์โนลด์ ชวาร์เซเน็กเกอร์) หัวหน้าของกลุ่มนักโทษในสถานที่แห่งนี้ ในขณะที่ เรย์ ต้องร่วมมือกับ ร็อดเมเยอร์ เพื่อวางแผนที่จะแหกคุก เขาก็ต้องค้นหาว่าใครและทำไมตัวเองถึงถูกใยญ ส่ร้ายอีกด้วย
