เรื่องย่อ
The Bodyguard เล่าเรื่องราวของบอดี้การ์ดผู้ร้างราวงการ (หงจินเป่า) ผู้ลงหลักปักฐานในมุมมืดที่ไม่มีใครรู้จัก ตรงกลางระหว่างจีน รัสเซียและเกาหลีเหนือ ด้วยความทุกข์ทรมานจากอาการแรกเริ่มของภาวะสมองเสื่อ ม บอดี้การ์ดผู้นี้ก็ได้ผูกมิตรกับเด็กสาว ผู้ซึ่งชีวิตของเธอถูกคุกคามเมื่อพ่อของเธอ (หลิวเต๋อหัว) ได้หลงเข้าไปพัวพันกับแก๊งอาชญากรรมท้องถิ่น เมื่อเด็กสาวและพ่อของเธอหายตัวไป เขาก็ต้องปลุกฝีมือที่เขาลืมเลือนไปแล้วเพื่อช่วยชีว ิตเพื่อนตัวน้อยของเขาให้ได้
